1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using this website and booking services at TATT00, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on TATT00's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on TATT00's website
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on TATT00's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. TATT00 makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall TATT00 or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on TATT00's website, even if TATT00 or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

• Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment
• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may incur a 50% cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments based on artist availability

6. Health & Safety Requirements

By booking a tattoo appointment, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent)
• Are in good health and free from communicable diseases
• Are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Will follow all aftercare instructions provided
• Understand the risks associated with tattoos and piercings

7. Design Rights

Designs created by TATT00 artists are the intellectual property of TATT00 unless a written agreement states otherwise. Clients grant TATT00 the right to photograph and display their completed tattoos for portfolio and marketing purposes unless opted out in writing.

8. Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% is required to secure an appointment
• The remaining balance is due in full before or on the day of service
• We accept cash, card, and digital payments
• Refunds of deposits are provided only for TATT00-initiated cancellations

9. Modifications to Terms

TATT00 may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
